Moscow is a multi-layered city with a rich historical past. I was born in Moscow, and living here, I constantly open some new unexplored corners.
This cityscape was painted in plein air in the summer of 2005.
The Gateway building is on an island on the Yauza River.
Unfortunately, the island itself is closed to the public, I admired the building with statues and the drop in water in the river from the side.
